Processing time from receiving your online order to despatch will be 3-5 day turnaround.
If there is any difference to this I will contact you.
Bespoke and customised orders may take longer. Customisation and personalisation requests (spelling etc) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Policy
Delivery is free for all items to the UK and Europe by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.
Your item will have Proof of Postage but is not insured for damage. All items will be carefully wrapped and packaged securely for dispatch.
Express Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery is available for an additional charge.
International Delivery to the Rest of the World is available for additional charge (shown at checkout). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Niki Walker Fused Glass is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
